So I'm back on xanga!  Chances are it won't be for long, though.

Since I've had some spare time on my hands all day long, I decided I would check in and see my xanga site.  Well, it's still here, but as you can see I'm not. =)  Anyway, looking through the posts from over the years was/is kind of interesting.  It's amazing how a few years can change people, circumstances, dreams, and almost all else that composes of life.  I suppose it's good.

It may be more than a month and a long time later, but I'm posting!  I don't know if that's cause for excitement or not, although perhaps it is cause for some surprise.   I remember a long time ago I'd wondered whether anyone would notice if I left my xanga for a week, and now I leave for months and I don't even notice!  Oh well, such is life.

Anyway, today I had a unique day.  It started way too early in the morning, after a long night of little sleep. Then I woke up, rushed through everything I tried to do and then sped away to the community college. Why would I do this?  Only one reason: I had to take a test.  The test itself was hardly remarkable. However, the trip to the college was extremely fun because I was driving!  After my test, I decided it was time to cheer up, which meant I was going shopping!   All went well until I turned out of the parking lot at school.  Since I didn't know how to get to the store and I didn't know where I was, the next couple of minutes were quite eventful. You see it was snowing/raining and I was sort of lost.   Of course, that wasn't really too concerning to me, which might be concerning to you if you get what I mean.

Well, this post is getting long so we'll save the end of the story for another post.  Who knows but that might be before 2009!?!

May God bless you all with a wonderful new year!

(To the individuals that have asked me to post: now do you feel happier? )

Fishing in the UP...

Can you believe I had the patience to wait for that thing?!?!

Isn't he so cute?

Our rainbow trout fish (mine is 16 1/2 inches and Josh's is 14 inches) or at least the ones that got their picture taken!
